Esalen Massage
Esalen Massage is a massage technique that is effective on three levels:
***Slow, flowing and integrated strokes open a sense of ease in the recipient, while specific deeper tissue strokes release tension
***Passive joint movements reaffirm the sensation of spaciousness in the body
